In addition to our photography coverage, we offer a carefully curated selection of custom wedding albums and printed heirlooms to showcase your story. Our albums are meticulously designed with attention to detail and printed with top-tier artisan binders, ensuring they become treasured Family heirlooms.
If I book more than one service is there a custom package price?
ABSOLUTELY! We are happy to Add or subtract from our pre-built collections. We can also Build a custom collection from the a la carte menu.
Can I customize a pre-made collection?
We offer many different services and love working with you on everything.
We will happily create a custom package for you that rocks.
But remember, we will still love you if you only do one service :)

We take all of your final 800-1200 images and print them in 4x6 size. We present the prints in a custom-engraved wood box using your wedding photographs.
What is a Fine Art Proof Box?
If you add on a parent album, you will receive 25% off any custom albums and 40% off any duplicates.
Can I add a parent album to a package?

ABSOLUTELY! We encourage you to book your photographer first and prints and albums second. There is no time limit on adding on or creating a wedding album.
Can I add albums and prints AFTER my wedding?
Yes, we offer a wide selection of print options through your online post-wedding gallery. We like to keep things simple and encourage you to decide on any prints after you have your wedding photos. We offer prints, frames, stationary, thank you notes, DYI album options, and more.
I don't see print pricing here. Do you offer anything other than albums?

How would you describe your style and approach to a wedding day?
Our images are Raw, Emotional + Authentic
Our photography style captures the natural, unscripted moments that unfold naturally throughout your wedding day. We want to create raw, emotional, and authentic imagery. We are there, unobtrusively documenting what's truly happening.
We Document Weddings. We Don't Turn them into Photoshoots.
We focus on being storytellers, not directors. We'll guide you through key moments like where to get dressed, but we won't dictate exactly how you should do it. We believe in capturing the natural flow of events rather than crafting artificial moments. We want to be your guides when needed but never take over the spotlight. When the scene is set, and we say, "Go," we start documenting without interrupting the magic. We don't believe in staging actions for a "pretty photo" or a different angle. We know you'll love the real, authentic moments far more, and we want to capture those for you. However, if we happen to miss a key moment and it's necessary, we're not opposed to a quick redo. But generally, we prefer to be as real and natural as possible.

Both our shooting and editing style is natural, organic, and classic. We embrace as much natural light as possible during portraits and create reception images that are in line with the overall vibe and aesthetic.
We edit in a true-to-life style that leans towards light and airy. Simply put, your day will look like your day and not be overly processed, or edited.
We believe in keeping our shooting and editing style timeless, but we will also embrace current trends and incorporate them into your day.
We love infusing the current wedding photography trends that define the time (direct flash anyone) You got married, but we have been photographing weddings long enough to know that trends come and go, but classic never goes out of style.

The Photographers
We have a fantastic team of second photographers (separate from the lead associate photographers listed above) trained to photograph in the signature Off BEET productions style.
You do not choose your second photographer; we will do that for you.
Do we get to choose the second photographer?
We exclusively offer coverage by two photographers for traditional wedding days. Whether you have 30 or 300 guests, most wedding events will go through the same formalities, and we don’t want to risk missing anything. Having only one photographer would limit our ability to cover everything adequately.
Are there always two photographers? What if I only want one photographer?

Insurance + Equipment

We bring more backup gear than ever needed and are prepared for any situation a crazy wedding day may throw at us.
Do you bring backup equipment?
YES! We are fully insured and happy to provide any certificate you may need.

Our artists use top-of-the-line professional cameras that shoot to dual memory cards.
After the wedding, we immediately back up your images to the cloud and two physical locations and take every step possible to ensure their safety.

Travel
We LOVE traveling and are willing to go to any destination you are ready to take us to.
Iceland, Banff, and France are our current dream destinations.
Do you cover destination weddings?
That answer depends on where your event or session is taking place. Please ask us when inquiring about a specific location. Any potential wedding day travel fees will be discussed and included in a contract. We are based in NJ, and most NJ, NYC, and PA locations do not have wedding day travel fees.

Our traditional Full engagement session is about 1.5-2 hours, allowing ample time to photograph in multiple locations and include more than one look. Typically, we present you with an average of 150-225 images from a full session.
The short session is 45 minutes and limited to 3 locations your photographer offers. It must be scheduled on weekdays M-Th. It's a short and sweet session great for capturing save-the-date photos. Please inquire for a list of locations offered by each photographer. There is an option to do a short session in a location NOT included on their list, but travel fees will apply. Typically, an average of 75 images are presented.
What is the difference between a Full or Short engagement session?
YES! We can photograph your engagement session anywhere.

Consultations + Booking
Our payment schedule is a 25% retainer at the time of booking, another 25% payment six months before your event, and the balance is due three weeks before your date.
We accept all forms of payment.

Yes!
All images are presented to you in an online gallery where you can download high-resolution JPG images.
These images can safely be printed with no quality loss up to 40x60.
The images are not watermarked, and we will provide you with a print release so you can print them at any photo lab of your choice.
Do you include digital files?
- approximately one week after your wedding, you will receive a preview gallery of 75-100 images
You will receive a full gallery 6-8 weeks after your wedding, including about 800-1200 images from your wedding day.

No, and trust us, you won't want us to. We present you with a curated set of images, typically 100 images an hour.
We cull out blinking, unflattering angles and expressions, and duplicates. Then, we color-correct and fine-tune all final images.
Will you share every image you take on the wedding day?
Do you shoot digitally? With film? Or both?
We shoot all digital.
Yes and No.
All images are edited in our signature style and typically need minimal retouching.
Every image can benefit from some photoshopping, but retouching every image from a wedding day is unsustainable. We reserve fine-tune retouching for our custom albums and fine art prints.
We always try to get it right in the camera, photograph you in forgiving and flattering lighting, and create your portraits in clean, beautiful settings to avoid the need to retouch everything.
However, if something compromises the image quality, we will fix it in your proofs. We also always smooth the skin a bit for a natural-looking look on the closeups.

So, what is Fine Tune Retouching?
Fine-tune retouching is the removal of flyaway hairs, fine lines, wrinkles, removal of skin imperfections, etc.
Every custom album or wall art image includes fine art retouching.

We describe our editing style as true to life, airing on the Light + Airy side.
We want to ensure the images we present to you accurately represent how your day looked. We love Light and Air images, but we never overdo them. We like to maintain highlight details and create light and bright photos that don't require you to put on your shades.
Classic, Clean, Simple, and Polished are a few words we use to describe our editing style.
We provide a mix of about 75% color and 25% black-and-white images, although this varies from wedding to wedding.

We believe in prints. Getting images from your digital devices and physically into your hands is priceless. A wedding album is a family heirloom that will last through generations.
