Simple, Easy + Fun

The Off BEET
wedding Experience

Wedding Photography Experience

We strive to create a wedding photography experience that feels easy, organized, personal, and genuinely enjoyable. From planning guidance and timeline creation to documentary wedding coverage and final gallery delivery, our goal is to help couples feel fully supported throughout the process.
Our team combines an organized client experience with emotional storytelling and timeless wedding imagery.

What is it like working with Off BEET Productions for wedding photography?

Off BEET Productions specializes in documentary-style wedding photography that focuses on capturing authentic moments naturally instead of turning your wedding day into a staged photoshoot.
We believe the best wedding photography comes from real emotions, genuine reactions, and moments unfolding naturally.
Our approach combines candid wedding photography, editorial direction when needed, and unobtrusive storytelling to create wedding galleries that feel emotional, timeless, and true to your experience.
We guide couples through important moments while still allowing space for natural interactions and authentic memories to unfold organically.

How would you describe your documentary wedding photography style and approach?

We focus heavily on candid wedding photography and documentary storytelling.
Our goal is to document your wedding day as it naturally unfolds rather than over-directing every moment. We want your gallery to reflect genuine emotions, unscripted interactions, and the true energy of your celebration.
We believe authentic moments always matter more than overly posed or staged imagery.

Do you focus on candid and documentary wedding photography?

We’re constantly looking for real reactions, meaningful interactions, and emotional moments throughout the wedding day.
Our photography style is rooted in capturing authentic wedding moments naturally and unobtrusively. From quiet emotional exchanges to joyful celebrations on the dance floor, we focus on documenting the moments that genuinely matter.

What makes your wedding photography style emotional and authentic?

Absolutely. During portraits and important wedding moments, we act as guides rather than directors.
We’ll help place you in the best lighting and locations while still allowing natural movement, chemistry, and interactions to unfold organically.
Our goal is to create wedding portraits that feel effortless, natural, and true to who you are.

Do you help guide couples during portraits and key moments?

Our portrait approach blends candid wedding photography with timeless editorial portraits.
We want your images to feel playful, natural, emotional, and elevated all at the same time. We encourage movement, laughter, and interaction to help create wedding portraits that reflect your real personalities and chemistry.
We truly believe couples enjoy their photos more when they genuinely enjoy the experience itself.

How would you describe your portrait photography style?

Yes. Both our shooting and editing style lean natural, organic, and true-to-life.
We embrace natural light whenever possible and create wedding imagery that reflects the real atmosphere and energy of your day.
Our editing style remains light, airy, timeless, and realistic without feeling overly processed.

Do you photograph weddings in a natural and organic style?

Our wedding photography style is primarily timeless and classic, but we also embrace modern trends in thoughtful ways.
We love incorporating current wedding photography trends while still ensuring your wedding gallery feels timeless years from now. Trends evolve, but authentic storytelling and classic imagery never go out of style.

How do you balance trendy and timeless photography?

Absolutely. While we love candid moments and playful energy, timeless wedding portraits are equally important to us.
We prioritize creating classic wedding photography that will still feel beautiful, emotional, and relevant decades from now.

Do you photograph timeless wedding portraits?

That’s incredibly normal.
Most couples we work with are not professional models and have never spent an entire day in front of a camera before. Very often, one partner feels more comfortable with photos while the other feels awkward, nervous, uncomfortable, or just genuinely does not enjoy being photographed at all.
We get it. Being in front of a camera can absolutely feel awkward at first.
The good news is that our documentary and candid wedding photography approach is designed for real people, not models. Our goal is never to make you perform or force stiff posing. It’s to help you feel comfortable enough to simply be yourselves together.
Our job is to guide you, support you, and create an experience that feels natural enough for real moments to happen.

What if one of us hates being photographed?

We understand that each couple is unique, so we offer the flexibility to tailor a collection that perfectly fits your desires and requirements.

You can choose from one of our pre-made wedding collections or craft a more personalized package.
Whether you prefer just photographic coverage and proofs or a comprehensive package including albums and an engagement session, we've got you covered.

In addition to our photography coverage, we offer a carefully curated selection of custom wedding albums and printed heirlooms to showcase your story. Our albums are meticulously designed with attention to detail and printed with top-tier artisan binders, ensuring they become treasured Family heirlooms.

Wedding Collections, Pricing & Booking

Our wedding photography pricing begins with simple base collections, but every wedding we photograph is fully customized based on your needs.
Full-day wedding photography coverage with two photographers for 9 hours begins at $6,250.
 Engagement sessions begin at $750.
Custom-designed heirloom wedding albums begin at $1,200.
Once we learn more about your wedding plans, we’ll walk you through all available options and create a personalized proposal built specifically for your day.

Where can I find your wedding photography pricing and collections?

Absolutely. We’re happy to customize any of our wedding photography collections to better fit your wedding day priorities and vision.
We can add or remove services from our pre-built collections, create fully custom wedding photography packages, or build a more personalized experience using our à la carte menu.

Can we customize your wedding photography collections?

Yes! We offer a variety of wedding photography services and love creating custom wedding packages tailored to each couple.
Whether you're booking wedding photography, engagement sessions, albums, destination coverage, or additional services, we’re happy to build a personalized package that works best for your needs.

Do you offer custom wedding photography package pricing when booking multiple services?

Yes! If you don’t need an engagement session or wedding album, we can create a custom wedding photography package using our à la carte options.

Can we book wedding photography coverage without an engagement session or album?

Yes. While most Off BEET wedding photography collections are full-day experiences designed to fully document your story, we also offer hourly wedding photography coverage for smaller weddings and intimate celebrations.

Do you offer smaller wedding photography packages or hourly coverage?

In addition to our standard collections where couples select their lead wedding photographer upfront, we also offer a flexible wedding photography option for select weddings and smaller celebrations.
With this collection, your lead photographer is matched and assigned closer to the wedding date while maintaining the same Off BEET experience and photography style

What is your flexible wedding photography collection?

Our payment schedule includes a 25% retainer at booking, an additional 25% payment six months before your wedding date, and the remaining balance due three weeks before the wedding.
We accept all forms of payment.

What is your wedding photography payment schedule?

To officially secure your wedding date, we require a signed contract and a 25% retainer payment.
Once those are completed, your date is officially reserved on our calendar.

How do we officially reserve our wedding date?

Most initial wedding photography consultations are held via Zoom or phone so we can easily connect with couples regardless of location.

Do you offer in-person wedding photography consultations?

During your wedding photography consultation, we’ll walk you through our overall approach, answer questions about the experience, and help match you with the best lead wedding photographer for your day.
We intentionally keep consultations personal and relaxed so we can genuinely get to know you and your wedding vision.

What is the Off BEET consultation and booking process like?

Your Photographer & Coverage

Yes. We believe the relationship between a couple and their wedding photographer is incredibly important, which is why we prioritize transparency and thoughtful matching throughout the process.
When booking with Off BEET Productions, you will know exactly who your lead wedding photographer is before your wedding day. During the consultation process, we help match couples with the photographer whose personality, strengths, and overall approach best align with their vision and energy.
Every Off BEET photographer is personally selected and trained in our signature documentary and editorial wedding photography style while still bringing their own unique perspective and personality to the experience.
Our goal is never just assigning a photographer. It’s making sure you feel genuinely comfortable and connected with the person documenting one of the biggest days of your life.

Do we get to choose our wedding photographer?

Your lead wedding photographer is selected during the booking process, but second photographers are assigned by our team.
All Off BEET second photographers are professionally trained in our documentary wedding photography approach and signature style to ensure consistency across every wedding gallery.

Can we choose our second wedding photographer?

Off BEET Productions has multiple lead wedding photographers, each with unique strengths, perspectives, and creative specialties.
Every photographer is personally selected and trained by our owner, Kate, to ensure a cohesive Off BEET wedding photography experience.
While each artist brings their own personality and creative eye, all photographers maintain the same overall documentary and editorial photography style that defines our brand.

What are the differences between your wedding photographers?

Yes. We exclusively offer traditional wedding day coverage with two wedding photographers.
Whether your wedding has 30 guests or 300 guests, having two photographers allows us to fully document every important moment, perspective, reaction, and detail throughout the day.
We believe two photographers create a stronger overall wedding photography experience and help ensure nothing important is missed.

Do you always provide two wedding photographers?

Of course! Our team handles the larger planning and logistics calls, but your lead photographer will connect with you closer to the wedding date to go over personal preferences, comfort levels, and stylistic notes.

Will we talk to our lead photographer before the wedding?

At Off BEET, we believe matching matters. While all of our artists share a cohesive brand style, every photographer has different strengths, personalities, and ways of interacting. Our goal is to match you with the artist whose energy, approach, and strengths align best with your priorities and vision.

How do you match couples with photographers?

Your photographer is with you for most of your wedding day. Beyond loving someone’s portfolio, it’s important to love how they work, communicate, direct, and support you throughout the experience.

Why does personality matching matter in wedding photography?

Off BEET Productions photographs approximately 125–150 weddings per year across our photography team throughout New Jersey, New York City, Philadelphia, and destination locations.
Because we have multiple lead wedding photographers, each artist accepts a different number of weddings depending on their schedule, availability, and preferred workload.
For example, our studio owner Kate intentionally takes on a smaller number of weddings each year so she can remain highly involved in both the creative process and overall client experience, while other associate photographers may accept a higher volume depending on their calendars.
No matter which photographer you work with, every Off BEET artist is personally selected and trained to photograph weddings in our signature documentary and editorial style.
We intentionally limit the number of weddings we accept overall to ensure every couple receives an incredible experience, thoughtful communication, and fully personalized coverage.

How many weddings do you photograph each year?

Off BEET Productions was founded in 2009 by Kate and Denny Testa.
With over two decades of combined wedding industry experience, our team has photographed countless weddings ranging from intimate celebrations to large wedding weekends throughout New Jersey, NYC, Philadelphia, and destination locations.

How long have you been photographing weddings?

Absolutely. Wedding photography coverage can be extended at any point leading up to your wedding day and even during the wedding itself if the timeline shifts or the party ends up going later than expected.
Many couples choose to add additional coverage for after parties, cultural traditions, late-night dancing, getting ready moments, or extra portrait time throughout the day.
Our standard wedding photography collections begin with 9 consecutive hours of coverage because we believe that allows us to fully document the story and energy of the day without rushing important moments. However, additional hours can easily be added in half-hour increments whenever needed.
We can also expand coverage by adding additional photographers, film photography, drone coverage when available, or other custom options depending on the overall experience you’re envisioning.
Our goal is always to build coverage around your actual wedding day rather than forcing your wedding day into a rigid timeline.

Can we extend our wedding photography coverage?

Most couples are not completely sure how much wedding photography coverage they need when they first inquire, and that’s totally normal.
The truth is there is no one-size-fits-all answer because every wedding day is different. The amount of coverage you need depends on things like your timeline, travel between locations, ceremony length, family photo list, whether you’re doing a first look, reception plans, and how important portraits or candid moments are to you.
At Off BEET Productions, our standard wedding photography coverage begins at 9 consecutive hours because we believe that typically allows enough time to fully document the story and energy of a wedding day without rushing important moments.
That said, every couple prioritizes different things. Some couples want more getting ready coverage, extended reception coverage, after party photography, or additional portrait time throughout the day.
One of the biggest parts of our job is helping couples build a realistic photography timeline that fits their priorities and overall wedding experience.
If you’re unsure how much coverage you need, we highly encourage you to reach out so we can talk through your wedding plans together. Setting up a consultation or sending over your timeline details allows us to give much more personalized guidance based on your actual wedding day rather than a generic estimate.

What if we don’t know how much wedding photography coverage we need?

We look at guest count, timeline complexity, prep locations, ceremony logistics, cultural traditions, and overall expectations to determine the best team structure for your wedding day.

How do you determine how many photographers or videographers we need?

Planning, Timelines & Wedding Day Guidance

Yes! Timeline planning is a huge part of creating a smooth and stress-free wedding photography experience.
We help couples build photography timelines that maximize lighting, reduce stress, and create enough space for candid moments, portraits, and important interactions throughout the day.

Do you help with wedding timelines and planning?

At Off BEET Productions, we are as hands-on or hands-off as you need us to be. Some couples want a lot of guidance and communication throughout the process, while others simply want reassurance that everything is handled. We are always happy to answer questions, help with timelines, and guide you through the process at any point leading up to your wedding day.

How involved are you during the wedding planning process?

Once you book with us, there is actually very little “work” you need to do outside of planning your engagement session (if booked) and working through timeline logistics. As your wedding approaches, we’ll schedule a detailed planning call to go through everything from family photos to timeline flow to special moments you want captured.

What happens after we book our wedding photography?

During your pre-wedding planning meeting, we go through the entire wedding day in detail. We review timelines, family photos, special moments, ceremony logistics, photography priorities, dress changes, surprise performances, night photos, and more. Our goal is to make sure the entire team understands your vision and that your day flows as seamlessly as possible.

What happens during the pre-wedding planning meeting?

Typically, our pre-wedding planning meetings happen about 6–8 weeks before the wedding day, though we are happy to adjust timing based on your planning process and preferences.

When does the pre-wedding consultation happen?

Absolutely. If you’re working with a planner, we coordinate closely with them to ensure timelines, logistics, and expectations are aligned across all vendors.

Do you work directly with our wedding planner?

There’s no right or wrong answer here.
Some couples love the idea of seeing each other before the ceremony because it creates a more relaxed timeline, allows for private emotional moments together, and gives you more time to actually enjoy cocktail hour and your guests afterward.
Other couples value the tradition and emotion of waiting until the ceremony aisle moment, and that can be incredibly powerful too.
From a wedding photography perspective, first looks can create extra flexibility for portraits, reduce timeline stress, and often allow for more candid moments throughout the day. But ultimately, the best choice is the one that feels most true to you and your relationship.
We also put together a full guide breaking down the pros, cons, emotional considerations, timeline impact, and photography benefits of doing a first look versus keeping things traditional.

I'm not planning on a first look, is that okay?

Maybe yes, maybe no, and honestly, both are completely okay. Let’s have a conversation or reach out and ask.
If we’ve photographed at your wedding venue before, amazing. We already understand the lighting, best portrait locations, ceremony flow, and how the space photographs throughout the day.
If we haven’t, that’s completely normal too. Experienced wedding photographers should know how to adapt quickly to new environments, lighting situations, weather conditions, and timelines.
We always arrive prepared, scout locations when needed, research the space ahead of time, and build backup plans so we can create beautiful images no matter the setting.
Sometimes photographing a venue for the first time inspires us creatively because we approach the space with fresh eyes and new ideas.
Whether your wedding is at a ballroom, backyard estate, NYC rooftop, coastal venue, industrial loft, or destination location, our focus is always the same: documenting your day in a way that feels authentic and true to you.

Have you photographed at our wedding venue before?

Some of our favorite wedding photos have happened in less-than-perfect weather.
Rainy wedding days can feel stressful at first, but they often create emotional, cozy, cinematic, and unique photographs. Over the years, we’ve photographed weddings in rain, snow, wind, fog, and everything in between, so we’re always prepared with backup plans, lighting solutions, location ideas, and timeline adjustments when needed.
We also help guide couples through weather backup plans ahead of time so nothing feels chaotic if the forecast changes.
If you’re worried about rain on your wedding day, we put together a full guide covering exactly how we approach rainy wedding photography, backup plans, indoor portraits, clear umbrellas, timeline flexibility, and more.

What happens if it rains on our wedding day?

Family photos are one of the most important, and often one of the most complicated, parts of a wedding day.
They require preparation, organization, communication, and efficiency to execute smoothly while still keeping everyone calm and enjoying the experience.
Before the wedding, we work closely with couples to create a personalized family photo list based on the relationships, groupings, dynamics, and moments that matter most to them. We never walk into family photos blindly.
We’ll guide you through exactly what combinations you do and do not need, help organize timing, and learn important family dynamics ahead of time so the process feels smooth and low stress.
Over the years, we’ve worked with all kinds of families, cultures, personalities, and dynamics, so nothing really intimidates us at this point. We’re calm, efficient, kind, and organized, but we also know how to confidently direct a crowd when needed to keep things moving quickly.
We also wrote a full guide explaining exactly how we approach family wedding photos, complicated family dynamics, divorced parents, photo lists, timing, and keeping the process stress-free.

How do you handle family photos on a wedding day?

Many families are complicated.
Divorced parents, strained relationships, family tension, remarriages, loss, complicated dynamics, large families, cultural expectations. None of this is unusual for weddings, and we approach these situations with care, empathy, and discretion.
Before the wedding day, we take time to understand family relationships, important sensitivities, and any situations you want us to be aware of so we can navigate family photos respectfully and smoothly.
Our goal is never to add stress or awkwardness to the day. It’s to help everyone feel comfortable while still making sure the important moments and relationships are documented thoughtfully.
Every family is different, and we believe wedding photography should adapt to your real-life dynamics rather than forcing everyone into a generic formula.

What if our family situation is complicated?

Absolutely. A huge part of our job during family photos is managing energy, communication, and flow while helping things feel as calm and efficient as possible.
Before the wedding, we help couples build a realistic family photo list that focuses on the people and moments that actually matter most rather than creating an overwhelming checklist of combinations nobody truly wants or needs.
We also discuss family dynamics, timing, and sensitivities ahead of time so we can navigate situations thoughtfully and avoid unnecessary stress or awkward interactions on the wedding day itself.
Family photos often move quickly because there is usually a limited amount of time available, but our goal is always to keep things organized without making couples feel like they’re stuck in an endless line of photos.

Can you help us avoid awkward family photo moments?

Wedding Day Logistics & Backup Plans

Yes. Off BEET Productions is fully insured and happy to provide certificates of insurance for wedding venues or vendors when needed.

Are you insured ?

Absolutely. We bring extensive backup camera gear, lighting equipment, memory cards, and additional photography equipment to every wedding.
Professional wedding photographers should always be fully prepared for unexpected situations, and we take equipment reliability very seriously.

Do you bring backup wedding photography equipment?

Protecting your wedding photographs is extremely important to us.
Our professional cameras record images to dual memory cards for immediate backup during the wedding day. After the wedding, we back up your images to the cloud and multiple physical storage locations to ensure maximum protection and security.

How do you protect and back up our wedding photos?

This is one of the most important questions couples can ask, and we believe you deserve a transparent answer.
While wedding photographers take their commitment to clients incredibly seriously, we’re also human. Serious illness, medical emergencies, family emergencies, and unexpected life situations can happen in any profession, including the wedding industry.
The difference is having professional backup systems already in place long before anything ever happens.
Because Off BEET Productions operates as a team of experienced wedding photographers, we always have support systems, second photographers, and contingency plans built into our coverage. In the extremely rare event of a true emergency, we work quickly to provide replacement coverage options, communicate clearly, and protect your overall experience as much as possible.
We also wrote an entire blog post explaining exactly how we handle wedding photographer emergencies, backup coverage, replacement photographers, and why working with a team matters more than most couples realize.

What happens if you’re sick or unable to photograph our wedding?

including dark churches, candlelit ceremonies, dim reception spaces, harsh backlighting, and low-light dance floors.
The reality is that wedding days move fast and lighting conditions are constantly changing, which is why experience matters so much in wedding photography.
At Off BEET Productions, we come prepared on every wedding day with professional camera equipment, multiple lighting setups, backup gear, and years of experience photographing weddings in all kinds of environments throughout New Jersey, New York City, Philadelphia, and destination locations.
Our job is to be ready for anything at any time.
Sometimes that means using natural light creatively. Sometimes it means incorporating off-camera flash or additional lighting equipment. Sometimes it means adjusting angles, locations, or timing slightly to create the best possible images in the moment.
The good news is this: difficult lighting situations are incredibly common in weddings, and they are absolutely something experienced wedding photographers know how to navigate confidently.

How do you handle difficult lighting situations like dark churches or dark reception venues?

Harsh sunlight is actually one of the most common lighting situations wedding photographers encounter, especially during summer weddings and outdoor ceremonies.
An experienced wedding photographer should know how to create beautiful, flattering images even in bright midday sun or difficult outdoor lighting conditions.
The biggest factors are experience, positioning, location selection, timing, and knowing how to work with light instead of fighting against it.
Throughout the wedding day, we guide couples toward the best available lighting, suggest locations that photograph well, and make adjustments based on the environment and timeline. We also help create enough flexibility within the photography schedule so portraits never feel rushed.
One of the biggest things couples can do is trust the guidance of their wedding photographer. Sometimes a small location shift, pose adjustment, or timing change can completely transform how images look in harsh sunlight.
At the end of the day, beautiful wedding photography is never about having “perfect” conditions. It’s about having an experienced photographer who knows how to adapt creatively in real-world situations.

How do you photograph weddings in harsh sunlight?

Galleries, Delivery & Editing

Approximately one week after your wedding, you’ll receive a preview gallery with 35-50 edited wedding images.
Final wedding galleries are typically delivered within 6–8 weeks and usually include approximately 800–1200 edited wedding photographs depending on coverage length and event size.

What is your wedding gallery turnaround time and how many photos will we receive?

A reveal session is a private one-on-one appointment where we present your fully edited wedding gallery and your pre-designed wedding album for the first time.

What is a 1:1 wedding reveal session?

We believe your wedding gallery deserves a more intentional experience than opening an email randomly in the middle of a workday. We encourage couples to turn it into a meaningful date night experience together.

Why do you do reveal sessions instead of emailing galleries?

Every wedding package includes a 10x10 fine art album with the first 20 sides included

Is an album  included in your wedding photography packages?

Absolutely. You can adjust layouts, remove images, add pages, and personalize the design during your live reveal session. Most couples realize during the reveal that they want to include more moments and fuller storytelling than what fits in the standard included album.

Can we customize our wedding album?

Yes. Parents can either participate in their own private design session or you can design/gift albums on their behalf.

Can we add  parent albums?

Yes. All final wedding photographs are delivered through an online gallery where you can download high-resolution JPG files.
Your wedding images are not watermarked and include a print release so you can print them at any professional photo lab.

Do your wedding photography packages include digital files?

Your gallery remains active online for one year, with optional extended hosting available afterward.

How long will our online gallery stay active?

We provide full backup and archiving instructions alongside your gallery delivery to help ensure your images remain safe long term.

Do you tell us how to  back up our wedding photos?

No. We intentionally curate your final wedding gallery to include the strongest images from your wedding day.
We remove duplicates, blinking photos, test shots, and unflattering expressions so your final gallery feels polished, emotional, and cohesive.

Will we receive every photo taken during the wedding day?

Our primary wedding photography coverage is digital, but film wedding photography can absolutely be added to your collection.
If you’re interested in incorporating film photography into your wedding day coverage, we’d love to discuss available options.

Do you shoot digital wedding photography, film photography, or both?

A little bit when needed, but naturally.
All final wedding images are edited in our signature true-to-life style and typically require minimal retouching.
We reserve more detailed fine art retouching for custom wedding albums, close-up portraits, and wall art images.
Our goal is always to create flattering lighting and natural images in-camera first rather than heavily altering photographs afterward.

Do you retouch wedding photos?

Fine art wedding photo retouching includes subtle adjustments such as removing flyaway hairs, skin blemishes, wrinkles, or distracting imperfections while still maintaining a natural appearance.

What is fine art wedding photo retouching?

Yes. We artistically curate certain images in black and white while maintaining the overall balance of the gallery.

Do you deliver black and white photos?

We do shoot intentionally for black and white vs. color, meaning likely they look better the way they are presented. However, we are happy to provide color versions of black and white images upon request.

Can we receive color versions of black and white images?

No. Part of our job as artists is curating and refining the final gallery experience, which includes removing duplicates, missed exposures, test shots, and incomplete images.

Do you release RAW wedding photos?

Our wedding photography editing style is true-to-life with a clean, light, and airy aesthetic. We focus on creating timeless wedding images that accurately reflect how your wedding day actually looked and felt without appearing overly edited or washed out.
We love soft natural light, balanced tones, and preserving detail in highlights so your wedding gallery feels elevated, polished, and authentic.
Our style blends documentary wedding photography with a refined editorial approach, creating images that feel both emotional and timeless.
You can also expect a thoughtful mix of color and black-and-white wedding photographs — typically around 75% color and 25% black and white, although this may vary depending on the overall vibe and energy of your wedding day.
All editing is completed in-house to ensure a seamless and consistent Off BEET Productions aesthetic across every gallery.

What is your wedding photography editing style?

True-to-life editing means we preserve the natural tones, atmosphere, lighting, and emotion of your wedding day instead of dramatically altering it with overly trendy editing styles.

What does “true-to-life editing” mean?

Absolutely. We take a lot of pride in maintaining natural, flattering skin tones and editing that feels timeless rather than overly filtered or stylized.

Will my skin tones look natural in photos?

Travel & Locations

Off BEET Productions is an East Coast wedding photography team serving couples throughout New Jersey, New York City, Philadelphia, and destination wedding locations worldwide. Our photographers are based throughout NJ, NYC, and the Philadelphia area, allowing us to document weddings across the region with ease.
Whether you're planning a NYC wedding, a Jersey Shore celebration, a Philadelphia wedding weekend, or a destination wedding abroad, we’re always ready to travel wherever your story takes us.

What areas and locations do you photograph?

Travel fees depend on the wedding or engagement session location.
Most weddings throughout New Jersey, NYC, and Philadelphia do not require travel fees, but destination weddings or farther travel locations may include additional travel costs.
Any travel fees are always discussed upfront and included clearly in your wedding photography proposal and contract.

Do you charge travel fees for weddings or engagement sessions?

Yes. We absolutely love destination wedding photography and are always excited to travel.
Whether you’re planning a wedding in Iceland, Banff, France, or somewhere completely unique, we’re happy to travel wherever your story takes us.

Do you photograph destination weddings?

Privacy & Sharing

By default, our contract does include a model release that allows us to share select wedding photographs on our website, social media, blog, and other marketing platforms.
A huge part of how couples discover Off BEET Productions is through real weddings we’ve photographed, so sharing our work helps future couples see what working with us actually looks like.
That said, we completely understand that every couple has different comfort levels when it comes to privacy. If you prefer to keep your wedding photos private, we’re more than happy to customize the agreement to fit your needs.
We regularly work with couples who prefer partial privacy, selective sharing approval, or fully private wedding coverage. We can also accommodate NDA agreements and additional privacy requests when needed.
Privacy is something we take seriously, and we’re always happy to have an open conversation about what feels comfortable for you.

Will our wedding photos be shared online or on social media?

Absolutely. We completely understand that some couples prefer a more private wedding photography experience, and we are very comfortable accommodating those requests.
While most couples allow us to share select images for our portfolio, social media, blog, or marketing purposes, we regularly work with clients who request limited sharing, approval-based sharing, or fully private wedding coverage.
We can also accommodate NDA agreements and custom privacy arrangements when needed.
Whether your preference is complete privacy or simply having more control over what gets shared publicly, we’re happy to create a plan that feels comfortable for you.

Can our wedding be kept completely private?

Engagement Session FAQ

Absolutely. We can photograph engagement sessions locally throughout New Jersey, New York City, and Philadelphia or travel to destination locations.
If you have a unique location in mind, we’re always happy to discuss travel options and any applicable travel fees.

Will you travel for engagement photography sessions?

Engagement sessions are designed to help couples feel comfortable in front of the camera before the wedding day.
Sessions are typically photographed during golden hour lighting and include multiple locations and outfit changes when time allows.
Your engagement session will always be photographed by your lead wedding photographer, and most couples receive approximately 150–225 edited engagement photos.

What is included in your engagement photography sessions?

Albums, Prints & Heirloom Products

We strongly believe wedding photographs deserve to exist beyond digital screens.
A professionally designed heirloom wedding album allows your memories to become tangible, lasting keepsakes that can be passed down through generations. Technology changes constantly, but printed wedding albums remain timeless.

Why should we invest in a wedding album?

While we strongly believe wedding photographs deserve to exist beyond digital devices, we understand every couple values different things.
Our collections are intentionally built around the belief that heirloom wedding albums are an important part of preserving your memories long-term, which is why albums are included in our core collections.
If you truly have no interest in a printed wedding album, we’re happy to talk through alternative options during your consultation.
That said, most couples who initially think they do not want an album end up incredibly grateful to have one once the wedding day is over and the experience becomes something tangible they can revisit for decades.

Can we remove the wedding album from our package?

Absolutely. Every full wedding photography collection already includes a 10x10 Fine Art Wedding Album with the first 20 pages included.
After your wedding day, we’ll guide you through album upgrades, cover materials, page additions, parent albums, wall art, and other heirloom print options.
We want you to fully enjoy your wedding experience first, then create an album design that feels personal and timeless.

Can we order wedding albums and prints after the wedding?

Yes. Parent albums can absolutely be added to your wedding photography collection.
Many couples choose to add heirloom wedding albums for parents or family members after the wedding day, and you can add as many albums as you’d like.

Can we add parent albums to our wedding photography package?

Yes. In addition to custom wedding albums, we offer a wide selection of professional wedding print products through your online gallery.
Couples can order framed prints, fine art prints, thank you cards, stationery, album upgrades, wall art, and additional heirloom products after the wedding.
We intentionally keep print decisions flexible so you can enjoy your gallery first and decide what feels right afterward.

Do you offer wedding prints and products beyond albums?

Our Fine Art Wedding Proof Boxes include printed wedding photographs presented inside a custom engraved heirloom wood box.
We print your final 800–1200 wedding images in 4x6 format so your photographs can live beyond digital devices and become physical keepsakes you can revisit for generations.

What is a Fine Art Wedding Proof Box?

Your album starts with a 10x10 custom-designed album that includes the first 20 pages. We begin this way because it’s hard to know exactly how many pages you’ll want before seeing your full gallery.
Once your images are ready, our design team creates an initial album design that touches on every part of your day in a storybook-style layout so you can see your full wedding story come together. We want to make sure everything is included before you decide if you’d like to expand your album. From there, we’ll work with you to choose your favorite images and customize the final design together.
Most couples decide to add extra pages once they see everything included, and many also choose wall art so they can enjoy those moments every day. Starting with 20 pages gives you flexibility to create an album that feels just right once you’ve seen your photos

What Does the 10x10 Album with the First 20 Pages Include?

Designing your album can feel overwhelming at first, which is exactly why our design specialists are here to guide you through every step.
We make the experience fun, collaborative, and easy while helping you sort through your images and make decisions that never feel stressful.
You don’t have to figure it all out on your own. Our team helps narrow down choices, offer recommendations, and create an album that feels personal and tells the story of your wedding day in a way you’ll want to revisit for years to come.

What Is the Album Design Experience Like?

Every album is fully custom, but our design style is typically clean and minimal so your images can do the storytelling.
We focus on creating a timeless layout that highlights the moments, emotions, and flow of your wedding day without feeling busy or overcrowded.
