Off BEET Productions is a team of award-winning photographers, cinematographers, and content creators, specializing in creative storytelling rooted in the real, unscripted, and joyful moments you’ll want to remember forever.

Simple, Easy + Fun

The Off BEET
wedding Experience

Experience

We’re there behind the scenes to unobtrusively capture real moments and true emotions as they naturally unfold in a documentary style.
We work seamlessly alongside your photography team and let them lead the day while our cinematographers focus on capturing clean, beautiful footage. Then our editor brings everything together to tell your story.
Our editing style is lighthearted, upbeat, and fun, while still creating space for emotional moments. Weddings are celebrations, and our films are designed to make you laugh, feel something, and relive the day again and again.
We keep our films engaging and intentional so they stay fun to watch long after the wedding day.
For us, the experience matters just as much as the final wedding film. Not only do we want you to love your video. But we also want you to enjoy the process of creating it.
Our job is to listen, adapt, and create an experience that feels comfortable, natural, and true to who you are

How Would You Describe Your Style and Approach to a Wedding Day?

Our photographers and cinematographers work together as one team with the same goal, documenting your day while working as a team and staying out of each other’s shots.
Typically, the photographer leads the flow of the day while our filmmakers work behind the scenes. Keeping the experience stress-free allows everyone to work creatively together and produce the best result.
We believe in creating a simple, easy, and fun experience on your wedding day.

How do the Cinematographers and Photographers Work Together?

Absolutely! When working with an outside photography team, our cinematographers approach wedding day coverage the same way and let the photography team lead.

Can I hire Off BEET for Videography Only?

As a studio, we carefully match our cinematographers based on availability, scheduling, and the needs of each wedding. Our cinematographers are often more behind the scenes so we don’t believe it is as important to select your artist.
Every member of our team is trained in the same approach, values, and filming style. You'll always know that an experienced Off BEET Productions team member will be filming your wedding.
Most importantly, every film is edited through our creative process, ensuring a consistent Off BEET experience from start to finish.
When couples hire us, they're hiring the team, the process, and the storytelling approach, not just one individual cinematographer.

Will We Know Who Our Wedding Videographer Is Before the Wedding?

Video Coverage Options

The biggest difference is coverage flexibility. One person can only be in one place at a time, while two cinematographers allow for more angles, more reactions, more simultaneous coverage, and more protection against unexpected moments.

Whether you have one cinematographer or multiple, our editing style remains exactly the same. The difference is primarily in coverage variety and flexibility.

What’s the difference between one cinematographer and two?

No. The editing style remains exactly the same regardless of how many cinematographers are present. The difference is primarily in coverage variety and flexibility.

Does having two videographers change the editing style?

We love incorporating drone footage whenever it enhances the story and conditions allow us to fly safely and legally.
However, because drone usage depends on weather conditions, airspace restrictions, venue policies, and safety considerations, we can never guarantee drone footage.
If conditions are right, we'll absolutely use it.
If drone coverage is especially important to you, we recommend discussing it with us during your consultation so we can review your venue, timeline, and coverage needs.
Drone coverage is included in our price.
For weddings where extensive aerial coverage is a priority, additional cinematographers or dedicated drone coverage may be recommended.

Do You Use Drones?

Over the years, we've found that shorter wedding videography coverage often leaves couples wishing they had more moments captured. From getting ready to the dance floor, so many meaningful moments happen throughout the day.
Our job is to help you create a wedding film you'll love for years to come, and in our experience, full-day coverage consistently delivers the best results.
That said, every wedding is different. If you're planning an intimate celebration, a shorter timeline, or something non-traditional, we'd love to hear more about it and help you determine what coverage makes sense for your day.

I Only See Full Day Coverage. Do You Offer Anything Smaller?

Yes!
While engagement photos are more common, engagement video sessions are one of the most unique and underrated ways to tell your story.
Whether you're looking for a save-the-date video, social media content, a wedding website feature, or simply a fun way to document this season of life, we'd love to help bring your vision to life.
Every engagement video is customized to fit your personality, story, and goals.

Do You Offer Engagement Session Video Coverage?

Whether you're combining photography, videography, albums, or additional services, we’ll help create a collection that fits your needs.

If I Book More Than One Service, Is There a Custom Package Price?

Maybe! The best way to find out is to start a conversation.
Every wedding is different, and factors like coverage hours, number of cinematographers, travel, and deliverables all affect pricing.
We'll always be transparent about what is possible within your budget and help you understand your options. Our goal is to create the best possible wedding videography experience while staying aligned with your priorities.

Can You Work Within Our Wedding Videography Budget?

If you'd like to add extra coverage to your wedding videography package, additional time can be added at any point before your wedding.
If you're unsure how much coverage you'll need, we're happy to review your timeline and make recommendations based on your wedding day plans.

Can I add more hours to the package? How Much Does Additional Wedding Videography Coverage Cost?

Planning, Timeline + Guidance

Timeline changes, unexpected weather, transportation delays, and last-minute adjustments happen more often than you might think. The key is having an experienced wedding videography team that knows how to adapt.
Our team is used to thinking on our feet, collaborating with other vendors, and adjusting plans in real time without adding stress to your day.
No matter what happens, our focus remains the same: creating an incredible experience and capturing the moments that matter most.

How Do You Handle Wedding Day Schedule Changes or Bad Weather?

Spend intentional time with them throughout the day. Make sure to let us know of anyone you hope to have highlighted BEFORE the wedding. Videographers and photographers can only document interactions that naturally happen, so meaningful moments usually come from meaningful interactions.

Can we make sure important family members appear in our wedding video?

Absolutely.
The more we know about what's important to you, the better we can tell your story.
Before your wedding, we want to hear all about the moments, people, traditions, and details that matter most to you. If there's a specific shot, family member, surprise, or moment you're especially hoping to see in your wedding film, we want to know about it.
Whether it's a gift exchange, a planned performance, a special family tradition, or something completely unique to your day, knowing about it ahead of time helps us prepare and make sure we're in the right place at the right time.
We believe great wedding films come from a combination of authentic moments and thoughtful preparation. The more information you share with us, the better.

Can We Request Specific Moments or Shots?

As soon as you find someone you love.
There’s really no magic timeline when it comes to booking wedding videography. The most important factor is availability.
If you've found a team whose work you connect with and you know they're the right fit for your wedding day, we always recommend securing your date sooner rather than later.
Most couples book our wedding videography services around 12 to 18 months before their wedding, but we also work with couples on much shorter timelines when availability allows.
At Off BEET, we have multiple cinematography teams, which sometimes gives us more flexibility than a single-person studio. However, availability is never guaranteed until a contract is signed and your date is officially reserved.
If you know you love the work, don't wait too long to reach out.

How Far in Advance Should We Book Wedding Videography?

We encourage couples to plan their wedding at their own pace.
If you're ready to book photography but aren't quite ready to decide on videography, that's completely okay. And the opposite is true as well. If you're booking videography first and want to add photography later, you can absolutely do that.
One of the benefits of working with Off BEET is that we make the process flexible. When additional services are added later, we'll update your existing agreement and honor the pricing structure associated with your original booking whenever possible.
Our goal is to make planning feel less overwhelming, not more.
You don't have to make every decision at once. Book the services you're ready for today, and when you're ready to explore additional coverage, we'll be happy to walk you through your options.

Can we add on services after we sign a contract?

Logistics & Backup Plans

Yes. We’re fully insured and happy to provide certificates when needed.

Are You Insured?

Audio is one of the most important elements in a professional wedding video. We will always capture clear audio during your vows and ceremony, as well as the toasts and speeches. Our videographers are always ready with wireless microphones and backup audio equipment.

Will You Capture Audio Throughout the Day?

Yes. We bring extensive backup gear and come prepared for anything a wedding day may throw at us.

Do You Bring Backup Equipment?

Our cinematographers use professional cameras that record to dual memory cards for immediate backup.
After the wedding, footage is backed up to cloud storage and multiple physical locations to protect your memories.

How Do You Protect Our Wedding Video Footage?

One of the benefits of working with a team-based wedding videography studio is that you're never relying on a single person or a single piece of equipment.
Our cinematographers arrive fully prepared with backup equipment and contingency plans in place. In the unlikely event of an equipment issue, we have the tools and systems needed to continue filming without interruption.
Because Off BEET operates as a team, we also have access to additional cinematographers and support when needed. If a true emergency were to arise, we have resources available beyond the individuals already assigned to your wedding day.
If you've booked multiple cinematographers, there's an additional layer of built-in protection and coverage as well.
The reality is that weddings are live events, and unexpected things can happen. Our job is to be prepared for them long before they ever affect your experience.

What Happens If Something Goes Wrong on the Wedding Day?

Delivery + Editing

In addition to your full edit, you will receive access to separate menu where you can watch the full speeches and toasts in their entirety.
We include your vows and toasts in your wedding film edit whenever possible.
We often use audio from vows and speeches as the storytelling foundation of your edit because no two stories sound the same.
That said, speeches can be unpredictable, so we do not promise every toast will appear in the final highlight film. We focus on selecting the moments that best support the overall story.

Will I Be Able to Listen to and Watch the Vows and Toasts?

Your wedding film should feel like your story, and music plays a huge role in that.
When editing, we choose music based on pacing, emotion, and the overall energy of your day. While we love learning your preferences, we encourage couples to trust the creative process.
We often lean toward instrumental tracks and use your vows and audio moments to help tell the story.

How Do You Choose Music for Our Wedding Film?

Within approximately one month of your wedding, you'll receive a teaser film to help you relive the excitement while your full wedding film is being crafted.
Our full wedding films are typically delivered within 4 to 6 months.
The exact turnaround time can vary depending on the season and overall production schedule.
The storytelling process is where a wedding film truly comes to life, and we prioritize quality over speed, because great storytelling takes time.
During your consultation, we'll provide the most accurate timeline based on your wedding date.

What Is Your Wedding Film Turnaround Time?

Yes.
Need your wedding film sooner? We offer rush editing options for couples who would like their film delivered on an accelerated timeline.
Every rush request is different, so pricing is customized based on your wedding date, film package, and desired delivery timeline.
Just let us know what you're hoping for, and we'll see what's possible.

Do You Offer Rush Delivery for Wedding Films?

Yes.
We hope you're choosing Off BEET because you connect with our storytelling style and editing approach. That's always the foundation of the final film we create.
That said, if there are reasonable adjustments you'd like us to make, we're happy to review those requests.
Small revisions can often be accommodated. More extensive changes or complete re-edits may require additional editing fees.
The best wedding films happen when couples trust the creative process, but we'll always make sure you're thrilled with the final result.

Can We Request Changes to Our Wedding Film?

Before your wedding, we'll have a conversation about music preferences, special details, moments you are excited about, and family members or guests who are especially meaningful.
After your wedding, we will check back in to ask about any stand-out moments or things you would love to relive.
We'll combine your input with our storytelling expertise to create a film that feels personal, emotional, and true to your wedding day.

How Much Creative Input Do We Have During the Editing Process?

The length of your film depends on what happens throughout the day.
Our goal is to create an engaging story rather than making a film longer just for the sake of length.
Most completed wedding films average around 7–15 minutes depending on coverage and events throughout the day.

How Long Will the Final Wedding Video Be?

Your wedding films are delivered through MediaZilla, an easy-to-use online platform that lets you stream your films on your phone, computer, tablet, or TV.
Your gallery will include your teaser film, main wedding film, and any additional edits included in your collection, such as vows, speeches, documentary edits, or add-on films.
Everything is organized in one place, making it easy to relive your wedding day and share it with friends and family.
Think of it as your own private wedding film hub, available whenever you want to revisit your favorite memories.

How Will We Receive Our Wedding Film?

In addition to streaming your films through MediaZilla, you'll also be able to download your wedding films for safekeeping.
While we do archive wedding films for a period of time, we always recommend creating your own backups as well. We'll provide guidance on the best ways to store and protect your files so they're easy to access for years to come.
Your wedding film is one of the few things that becomes more meaningful with time, and we want to make sure it's protected for the long haul.
We believe your memories should be easy to watch, easy to share, and easy to preserve.

Can We Download and Save Our Wedding Films?

Audio is one of the most emotional and important parts of a wedding film. Clean audio helps preserve vows, speeches, reactions, and emotional moments in a way that visuals alone cannot.

Why is audio important during wedding ceremonies?

Yes, RAW footage is available for purchase.
That said, most couples find they enjoy the Documentary Cut more because RAW footage is not edited and can be difficult to watch. RAW files include hundreds of short clips that are not color corrected or assembled into a story. If you want access to everything captured throughout the day, we offer it as an add-on.

Can We Have the RAW Footage?

The Documentary (RAW) Cut includes footage synced together chronologically from start to finish.
There’s no added music or cinematic editing. Think traditional wedding video coverage with the full sequence of events preserved.

What Is the Documentary (RAW) Cut?

A Highlight Film is a shorter edited film that highlights your wedding day and tells the story in a condensed format.

What Is a Highlight Film?

Travel + Locations

Travel fees depend on where your wedding or session is taking place.
Most weddings throughout NJ, NYC, and PA do not require travel fees, but destination events or farther locations may include additional travel costs.

Are There Travel Fees?

Yes. We love destination weddings and are always excited to travel.

Do You Cover Destination Weddings?

Maybe, but it's not as important as you might think.
After filming weddings throughout New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and the surrounding tri-state area for many years, there's a good chance we've worked at your venue or somewhere very similar.
If you're curious, just ask. We're always happy to share examples from specific venues whenever possible.
That said, choosing a wedding videographer based solely on venue experience can sometimes be misleading. Great wedding films aren't created because someone has been to a venue before, they're created through storytelling, creativity, and the ability to adapt to different situations.
Every wedding is unique. Different timelines, lighting conditions, weather, seasons, and personal details mean that no two weddings at the same venue will ever look exactly alike.
What matters most is choosing a wedding videography team whose work, style, and approach you genuinely connect with.

Have You Filmed at Our Wedding Venue Before?

Not at all.
While it's always nice to be familiar with a venue, it's far from the most important factor in creating a great wedding film.
As professional wedding videographers, we're constantly working in new environments, different lighting conditions, unique floor plans, and a wide variety of wedding styles. Adapting to those situations is part of the job.
In fact, every wedding presents new challenges and opportunities, even when we've filmed at the same venue multiple times before.
Our responsibility is to create beautiful imagery, tell your story authentically, and capture meaningful moments wherever your wedding takes place.
Whether we're filming at a venue we've visited dozens of times or stepping into a location for the very first time, our approach remains the same: arrive prepared, learn the space, collaborate with your vendor team, and create a wedding film you'll love for years to come.

Is It a Problem If You've Never Filmed at Our Venue?

Privacy + Sharing

Absolutely.
We have wedding film samples available on our website, but we always encourage couples to reach out so we can share films that feel more relevant to their wedding day.
Whether it's a similar venue, wedding style, guest count, or overall vibe, it's much easier to picture yourself in a film when you're watching something that feels familiar.
After our consultation, we're happy to share additional examples that align with your vision.
Because wedding films often contain personal vows, speeches, and private moments, we don't publish every film online. Many of our examples are shared privately with interested couples.

Can We Watch a Full Wedding Film Before Booking?

By default, our contract does include a model release that allows us to share select wedding films and video clips on our website, social media, blog, and other marketing platforms.
A huge part of how couples discover Off BEET Productions is through real weddings we've filmed, so sharing our work helps future couples get a genuine feel for our storytelling style, approach, and the experience of working with our team.
That said, we completely understand that every couple has different comfort levels when it comes to privacy. Wedding films often include personal vows, speeches, family moments, and other meaningful memories, so we're always happy to discuss what feels right for you.
If you prefer to keep your wedding film private, we're more than happy to customize the agreement to fit your needs.
We regularly work with couples who prefer partial privacy, selective sharing approval, or fully private wedding coverage. We can also accommodate NDA agreements and additional privacy requests when needed.
Privacy is something we take seriously, and we're always happy to have an open conversation about what level of sharing feels most comfortable for you.

Will My Wedding Film Be Shared Online?

Add-Ons

Yes! We retain your RAW footage for 6 months after delivery of your final edit, so additional products such as RAW footage, Documentary Cuts, Highlight Films, and upgrades can be added afterward.

Can I Add Additional Edits Onto My Package After the Wedding?

A wedding videographer and a wedding content creator both capture your wedding day, but they do it in completely different ways. One doesn't replace the other.
Wedding Videographer

A wedding videographer uses professional cameras, lenses, audio equipment, and editing software to create a polished wedding film. The focus is on cinematic storytelling, high-quality visuals, and crystal-clear audio from moments like your vows, speeches, and first look. Wedding videos are typically filmed horizontally and delivered as a professionally edited highlight film, documentary edit, or social media cut.

Wedding Content Creator
A wedding content creator captures your day primarily on a smartphone and focuses on creating content that's ready for Instagram, TikTok, and social media. The footage is usually filmed vertically and delivered quickly, often within 24-48 hours. The goal isn't a cinematic wedding film, it's capturing behind-the-scenes moments, trends, candid clips, and social-friendly content you can post right away.

So Which One Should You Choose?
The truth? They're complementary services.
A wedding videographer creates the timeless film you'll watch for years. A wedding content creator helps you relive the excitement immediately through social media-ready content.
There are pros and cons to both, and the right choice depends on your priorities, vision, and budget.
If your budget allows, having both can be pretty awesome. You get the polished, professional wedding film and the instant behind-the-scenes content. But it's definitely not an all-or-nothing situation, and it's not the right fit for every couple. The most important thing is choosing the option that matches how you want to remember and share your wedding day.
