A Classy Elegant Ashford Estate Wedding
Kimber and Rob had a classy elegant Ashford Estate wedding this Summer. Kimber was such a classic beauty and her big, contagious smile was present throughout the entire day. We particularly loved the lace detailing on her Matthew Christopher dress and on her beautiful veil. We always love a first look, and most naoable was, Kimber’s fathers seeing her for the first time in her dress. It was so touching that we teared up!
An Elegant Theme
Kimber and Rob’s vision for an elegant wedding theme was a success! The florals were pale, soft whites with lots of lush greens. Gold accents and candles gave the ceremony and reception such a romantic feel. The bridesmaids wore taupe which looked amazing with the shade of blue that the groomsmen wore.
While the Ashford Estate has many great spots to photograph, Kimber and Rob loved the idea of their pretty tree-lined driveway as one of their backdrops. ( Our favorite spot too!) EBE DreamTime delivered a lively reception as the couple and their guests danced their feet off! Most noteable, was that the bride and groom left their reception to have a romantic candellight dinner alone. We were unaware of this event and we happened to walk by while scouting locations for night shots. It was the most romantic thing we have ever seen. I think this should become a trend!
Before the night came to an end, Kate photographed the couple outside at dusk for a stunning “happily ever after” night shot.
