The Garrison NY Wedding :: Bari + Michael
Our first time shooting a wedding at The Garrison NY did not disappoint and we absolutely fell in love with this venue! Gorgeous, mountaintop views and soft greenery surrounded Bari and Michael on their wedding day. With a color scheme of gray/blue, peach and ivory, the tones were soothing and inviting. Bari’s vision was to utilize the natural greenery, views of Hudson Valley and keep it all minimalistic but elegant.
Personal Touches to a Rustic and Modern Day
We would describe this wedding as rustic, but modern. There were beautiful wood accents everywhere, but details were overall light, bright and whimsical. Bari and Michael’s wedding bands were engraved with “Take my hand, take my whole life, too.” It was so touching to see that engraved into a ring. When they stood together on the mountain overlooking Hudson Valley, the wind swept Bari’s veil in the air and it was just a magical moment.
There was a cigar bar to finish the night which made for some fun black and whites. Check below to see how it all went down!
