Luxury Redefined: Our Spectacular NJ Indian Wedding Weekend at The Ashford Estate
Capturing a lavish NJ Indian wedding at The Ashford Estate this summer was truly an inspiring and fantastic experience. From the vibrant colors to the intricate details, every aspect of the traditional Indian wedding celebration was breathtakingly beautiful.
The wedding day morning was an early start as the couple opted to do a first look before their Bharat and wedding ceremony. Despite the early hour, everything ran smoothly, and it was perfect. The excitement in the air was palpable as the bride and groom prepared for their big day. When they finally saw each other during their first look, it was a moment that will forever be etched in their memories. The love and emotion on their faces were evident as they took in this special moment together. Afterward, we had extra time for portrait shots before the Bharat began.
If you read our blog, you know that The Ashford Estate is our favorite NJ wedding venue and home away from home. We have captured many weddings at this beautiful location, and we are blown away by its charm and elegance each time. It was particularly refreshing to photograph this NJ Indian wedding at this location with the bold, bright colors of traditional Indian outfits. The vibrant hues of the bridal attire juxtaposed against the backdrop of the estate made for stunning photographs.
The traditional Indian wedding ceremony took place after the energetic and fun Bharat. It was a picture-perfect setting for this special occasion. It was held outside in front of the floating gazebo, with a striking floral installation as the mandap backdrop. The beginning of July brought with it a sunny day, which made it extremely hot and challenging to capture, but also quite beautiful and touching. The bride looked stunning in her traditional attire as she walked down the aisle, escorted by her parents. The groom waited eagerly under the mandap for his bride to arrive. As they exchanged vows and rings, surrounded by their loved ones and the serene beauty of nature, there wasn’t a dry eye in the house.
After the ceremony, the guests headed to lunch and back to their rooms while the bride and groom began preparing for their evening transformations. Once they were ready, we were able to enjoy another photoshoot with them in The Ashford Estates’ picturesque setting. The couple’s outfits for the evening were just as breathtaking as their earlier attire, and we had so much fun!
We took advantage of every corner of the estate to create a collection of images that captured their love for each other and the beauty of their surroundings.
The wedding reception was an absolute blast! The performances are always one of our favorite parts of an Indian wedding. The wedding party performances were on point, and the guests couldn’t help but cheer them on. The speeches and toasts made us laugh and cry as they shared heartfelt memories and well-wishes for the couple’s future. As the night went on, the dance floor filled up with guests eager to celebrate this special occasion. The bride and groom were total dance machines, leading the way with their energetic moves that got everyone grooving.
As photographers, we strive to capture these moments of pure emotion and joy so that our clients can relive them for years. This wedding ceremony was no exception – it was a truly magical experience we were honored to be a part of. It was a pleasure capturing the couple’s joy and love moments. We are grateful to have been a part of such a beautiful NJ Indian wedding celebration.
