Fun Playful Asbury Park Wedding at the Berkeley Oceanfront Hotel
Hilary and Jon had their fun playful Asbury Park wedding at the Berkeley Oceanfront Hotel. Since the couple lives in town, it is a very special place for them. We photographed the wedding party all around Asbury Park and were super lucky to squeeze everything in just before a huge rainstorm. Asbury Park has some great backgrounds to photograph, from the murals around town to the ever popular Convention Hall. The playful colors in the murals coordinated so perfectly to the colorful vibe of their wedding theme.
Lots of Bright Pops of Fun and Color
We really loved the bright and playful colors of this wedding. The black and white polka dot dresses were so adorable alongside the brightly colored bouquets and shoes. The whole vibe just played perfectly with Asbury park. The couple envisioned the wedding to be classic and fun with lots of bright pops of fun and color. Hilary and Jon had an epic dance party and we really dug the vibe of their band, Jersey Joint (would highly recommend!). Just after sunset, we invited Hilary and Jon outside on the rooftop at the Berkeley Oceanfront to grab a few more shots together. It made for such a pretty backdrop in the soft romantic light.
Overall it was a great day !
